Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Professional Advice LLC, including but not limited to its websites and platforms:

Due to the nature of the custom website design and development, the following refund terms apply:

Deposit Payments: Non-refundable once work has commenced.
Full Payments: Refunds are typically not available for completed project that have been approved by the client.
Cancellation Requests: If the project is canceled before work begins, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued. If the project is cancelled after the project has started, the only the portion of the labor not completed can be refunded.
Third Party Fees or Costs: Based on the nature of website development, in most instances, there will be costs associated with third party vendors, such as hosting of your website, plug-ins, website name reservation, credit card cancellation fees, etc. These fees will not be refundable once purchased, since the refund is not under the control of Pro Advice.

Completed Services: No refunds will be issued for notary services that have been rendered; or if the travel has started.
Cancellations: If a cancellation request is made at before the scheduled appointment, and before travel has begun, a full refund will be provided. Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
Alternatives: Alternately, if the original time selected does not work for you, we encourage you to re-schedule your appointment versus cancelling it.

Annual Fees: No refunds are available once the service period has started.
Cancellation: Clients may cancel the service at any time; however, refunds will not be issued for unused portions of the service year already started.

Listings and Subscriptions: No refunds are available for paid business listings for the period already serviced. However, you are entitled to a full refund of any portion of the subscription not already started, after they are published.
Errors or Omissions: If an error in the listing occurs, we will correct it at no additional charge.
Cancellation: Listings canceled before publication are eligible for a full refund.

Completed Consultations: Full refund eligible upon request, minus any credit card processing fees.
Prepaid Packages: Refund requests for prepaid packages will be evaluated on a prorated basis for unused sessions, minus a cancellation fee.

Refunds for services not specifically outlined in this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Professional Advice LLC.
Note: Pro Advice considers itself to be a customer centric business, with a “customer first” policy. In cases, where this policy conflicts with customer disputes, Pro Advice will evaluate all concerns on a case-by-case basis and will make every attempt to find a satisfactory resolution to any customer complaint or dispute.

- Disputes: Any refund disputes must be submitted in writing to customer-service@pro-advice.net within 30 days of the transaction date, detailing the reason for the request.

- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Force Majeure: Pro Advice retains the right to decide on Refunds requested due to delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Professional Advice LLC reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Please review this page periodically for updates.
